Update April 15, 2007

 The Armenian Insurance Settlement Fund Board (AISFB) would like to inform all interested parties that all claims were processed, evaluated and acted upon by the AISFB and approved by the Federal Court.

 All letters of approval/denial and checks were mailed in due time to all claimants.

 At this time the Office of AISFB is closed, the telephone lines disconnected and this web site will be terminated soon, since there is nothing further to be done.

 This brings to an end the process regarding the Class Action Martin Marootian, et al. vs. New York Life Insurance Company, United States District Court, Central District of California, Case No. CV99-12073 CAS (MCx).
