ATTENTION AXA CLAIMANTS

This is to inform all claimants that the Court approved the Board’s determination of the acceptance and denial of the claims, and that letters have been sent to both categories.

Below are the criteria which the Board followed in determining awarding or denying the claims.

We would reemphasize that the Board’s decision is final and not subject to review as the Court Order indicates.
